I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Govt. Model Degree College, Baghbar, Barpeta, Assam, where I also serve as the Academic In-charge. My academic interests include primary education, the Right to Education (RTE), teacher education, educational policy, inclusive education, educational leadership, and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. I am actively engaged in teaching, research, academic administration, and the organization of seminars and other academic programmes. I have edited five ISBN-registered books and one National Seminar proceedings volume with an ISBN. I am committed to promoting quality education, fostering critical thinking, and creating an inclusive learning environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.
